Applications

This product is a vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (Vi-PDMS) manufactured through a specialized synthetic process. It contains no metal ions such as potassium or sodium, and features low volatile content and extremely low residual levels of mixed cyclics (D3–D10), thereby ensuring excellent electrical properties. It is particularly suitable for use in the coating and encapsulation of high-end products such as silicon wafers, semiconductors, optical fibers, and aerospace electronics.

Packing

Lined steel drum or plastic drum. Net weight: 25 kg/drum or 200 kg/drum.

Storage

Protect from direct sunlight, keep away from open flames, and store in a well-ventilated, dry place. Shelf life: 2 years. Products beyond this period may still be used if they pass re-inspection.

Transport

Protect from rain and direct sunlight. Transport as non-hazardous cargo.
